At CPL safety is central to everything we do. We have developed a safety management program with an ongoing commitment to continuously develop and improve our Safety Culture. Our HSE program is compliant with OSHA but we will also adopt the latest industry best practices. It is mandatory for all employees to complete Safety Orientation training during the New Hire Onboarding process and they must also pass a Drug & Alcohol pre-employment test. We encourage and promote open communication amongst employees to ‘Stop Work!’ if they see unsafe behavior or work conditions. We are proud of our safety record which is a reflected in our low Workers Compensation EMR.
